Houseplants, I need more houseplants

Ok, that's for you, MMMC, and your brown-loving ways.

Do we like this?

This?

Or is this more your thing?

The last three images are from the gorgeous blog Green is the new black. If you don't know it, have a look. Those Scandinavians...

I'm almost ready to start showing orf about the new home, things are unpacked and finding their rightful places. But the light is terrible due to weeks of clouds full of rain hanging around in the sky.

Or maybe I need to learn how to use a camera properly. Or maybe I need to learn how to buy a new camera.

Bit of light reading?

I always get excited when I see a post from you. That's terrible for me to admit that.

I gagged with desire when I saw that brown bathroom. There's not enough brown in the world. Frown on No Brown.

Can't wait to see the house! The sneak peak looks Capital!

And I'm also obsessed with houseplants and am doing all I can to resist going to the local nursery to buy something big and green (with some brown at the bottom.)

Not too sure on the third one, but if I had a huge warehouse type space like that one, I could get to like it.
I like the brown bathroom, you wouldn't notice mould and such...is that what they used to call a Roman bath?
Glad you're settling in to your new home and that S is reading up on all the dirt on her new home town!

Looks like you may have been pinning for the fjords a bit Ms Zigsma!
I've seen that atrium open roof one before and found it enchanting but what would you use it for.
The brown bathroom is fetching but might prove dangerous after a few cinzanos in the dark.

Oh yay Claire, you're in Canberra!! I noticed when we moved here it was capital-this & national-that too. Oh you'll love Tiny's Green Shed, formally Revolve, for starters, get your tins of paint stripper ready. We live in Gungahlin but use city schools, tonnes of fun, sorry about the rain, OMG, will it ever stop raining?? My mood & energy levels are going down the storm water drains too, love Posie
